摘 要:目的建立阿奇霉素颗粒剂的溶出度测定方法。方法采用浆法,以磷酸盐缓冲液(pH6.0)为溶出介质,溶剂量500 mL,转速为100 r.min-1,溶出时间为30 min,用高效液相色谱法进行测定。结果本方法线性关系良好,平均回收率在99.9%,RSD=0.5%(n=9)。结论本方法简便、准确,可为阿奇霉素颗粒剂溶出度的测定提供依据。Objective To establish a determination method of dissolution of Azithromycin Granules. Methods Paddle method was adopted The 500 mL phosphate buffer ( pH 6.0 ) were used as dissolution medium which the speed was set at 50 r. min^-1. The dissolution time was 30 min and then were determined by HPLC. Results The linear relationship was good with average revocery of 99.9% ( RSD = 0. 5 %, n = 9 ). Conclusion The method was simple and accurate, can provide the basis for the determination of dissolution of Azithromycin Granules.
