摘　　要：阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer′s disease,AD)是一种常见的进行性神经退行性疾病,它严重影响着老年人的健康,对社会造成巨大的压力。但是由于其发病机制不明确,临床治疗效果不佳。近年来,针对AD的治疗方法层出不穷,本文就目前的研究进展进行综述。Alzheimer＇s disease（ AD ）is an incurable neurodegenerative disorder that influence the health of aged people. The treatment of AD can exert enormous pressure on our society. Because the etiology and pathology of the illness are not clear, the therapeutic efficacy in clinic is not satisfied. In recent years, there were several treat methods appeared endlessly. The recent research and progress of AD was reviewed in this article.
