摘　　要：文章着眼于非宗族社会的传统资源研究,探讨整合传统内生性资源和利用外部资源,构建文化资本、社会资本和经济资本三者之间良性互动的经济社会发展模式。The article researches the trditional resources in the non--clan society. It puts forth integrating trditional endogenous resources,utilizing external resources, and building the mode of the enconomic and social development with the benign interaction among culture capital ,social capital,economic capital.
