从桂剧的传承开发探索广西特色文化发展新路径——以桂林市艺术学校为例

摘　　要：桂剧是广西古老的地方剧种之一,形成于清代。桂剧的传承教育模式经历了从科班到现代艺术职业教育的转变。1941年,欧阳予倩在桂林主持创办的以教练桂戏为宗旨的广西戏剧改进会附设之戏剧学校,第一次将桂剧教育纳入现代教育模式。新中国成立后,广西戏曲学校(今广西艺术学校)、桂林市艺术学校等中等艺术职业学校成为培养桂剧人才的主要基地,培养了大批专业人才。对于保护传承桂剧,既要培养年轻一代的优秀演员,还要培养年轻一代的观众,需要与中小学教育和高等教育结合起来,将这一富含地域传统文化的艺术形式发扬光大。The Guangxi opera is one of Guangxi ancient place kinds of drama, forms in the Qing Dynasty. Guangxi opera＇s inheritance educational pattern has experienced from the regular professional training to the modern art vocational education transformation. In 1941, Ouyang Yuqian originated a drama school which take the Guangxi opera＇s teaching as the objective in Guilin city. It is the first time to educates the Guangxi opera integrates the modem education pattern. After People＇s Republic of China estahlishment,Guangxi Drama School （present＇s Guangxi Art School） and Guilin Art School becomes the raise Guangxi opera talented person＇s Parent base, has trained large quantities of professionals. Regarding the protection inheritance Guangxi opera, must do diligently also many in the education aspect, must raise the younger generation outstanding actor, but must raise the younger generation the audience, needs unifies with the secondary and elementary school education and the higher education, this carries forward richly including the region traditional culture＇s artistic form.
