摘 要:以预处理的铁炭混合物作为催化诱导剂,采用微波诱导法预处理含油废水。最佳反应条件如下:铁炭质量比为2∶1、铁炭投加量为15%、微波功率800 W、废水pH值为3、微波反应时间为10 min。在此条件下,原水CODCr的质量浓度为2 600 mg/L,处理出水CODCr的质量浓度为780 mg/L左右,平均去除率在70%左右。微波诱导法可作为含油废水的有效处理方法,为后续深度处理创造了有利条件。With iron-carbon mixture as the revulsant,oil-containing wastewater was pretreated by microwave induced catalysis process.The optimal reaction condition was as follows: the mass ratio of iron to carbon was 2 ∶ 1,the dosage of iron-carbon mixture was 15%,the microwave power was 800 W,the pH value of the wastewater was 3,and the reaction time was 10 min.Through the treatment under the above condition,the mass concentration of CODCr in the wastewater decreased from 2 600 to 780 mg/L,the average removal rate reached about 70%.Therefore,microwave induced catalysis is an effective process for oil-containing wastewater treatment,which can provide favorable condition for the subsequent advanced treatment.
