摘  要:污泥回流比作为活性污泥法设计与运行的参数已显示出比其它参数更加重要。试验以实际生活污水、生产废水为对象,考察污泥回流比对系统有机污染物去除效果的影响以及污泥特性的变化。试验结果表明:污泥回流比为80%时系统总体脱氮除磷效果最好,CODCr、NH3-N、TN、TP的去除率分别为92%、98%、81%、94%。在此条件下,系统出水CODCr、NH3-N、TN、TP的质量浓度分别为19、0.81、12.1、0.15 mg/L,供水水质优于GB 18918—2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》中的一级B标准。Sludge return ratio,as a parameter concerned with the design and operation of activated sludge process,is more important than other parameters.Taking the sewage from actual life or industry as the research object,the effect of sludge return ratio on pollutants removal and the changes of sludge characteristics were investigated.The results of the test showed that: when the sludge return ratio was 80%,the nitrogen and phosphorus removal performance of the said system reached the best level,and the removal rates of CODCr,NH3-N,TN and TP were 92%,98%,81% and 94% respectively.It could be seen that,under the above condition,the mass concentration of CODCr,NH3-N,TN and TP were 19,0.81,12.1 and 0.15 mg/L respectively,the water quality was superior to the specification of grade 1 level B in GB 18918—2002 Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant.
