摘  要:以玉米淀粉为原料,2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵为醚化剂,采用微波干法制备醚化淀粉絮凝剂,通过正交试验优化了醚化淀粉絮凝剂制备工艺条件,考察了醚化淀粉絮凝剂用量、pH值及反应时间对生活污水脱色率的影响。结果表明,在pH值为6,50 mL生活污水中加入0.7 g醚化淀粉,保持搅拌2 min,脱色率可达94.2%。微波干法制备醚化淀粉絮凝剂具有用量少、操作简单、絮凝时间短的特点,并且絮凝效果好、污染小、原料来源广,适合工业生产,有着广阔的应用前景。The etherified starch flocculant was prepared by microwave drying method with corn starch as raw material and 2,3-epoxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride(GTA) as etherifying agent.The condition for the etherified starch preparation was optimized through orthogonal test;besides,the influences of etherified starch dosage,pH value and reaction time on decolorization rate of domestic sewage were investigated.The results of the test showed that,when the pH value was 6,the etherified starch dosage in 50 mL of domestic sewage was 0.7 g,the stirring time was 2 min,the decolorization rate could reach 94.2%.Therefore,for etherified starch flocculant preparation,microwave drying method has advantages of low consumption,easy manipulation,short flocculation time,good flocculation effect,less pollution,wide source of raw materials,and so on,which is suitable for industrial production and has broad application prospect.
