摘　　要：自1957年独立以来,马来西亚政府积极地进行政府体制改革和现代化,并寻求一系列创新性措施以提升公共服务的质量和绩效,保证政治和社会稳定。随着时间和环境的变化,政府改革与相关政策呈现出不同特征,发生了由向马来人倾斜的"新经济政策"到强调族群和谐的"一个马来西亚"政策的转变。Since independence in 1957, the Malaysian government has actively promoted the government reform and modernization and sought a series of innovative measures to enhance the quality and performance of public services, ensure social and political stability, maintain the interests of the ruling party. With the alteration of the time and environment, the government reform and related policies has shown the different characteristics, and changed from the New Economic Policy which emphasizes the interests of Malays to One Malaysia Policy which pursues the racial harmony.
