摘　　要：目的:了解不同病种、不同文化程度、不同年龄、不同性别恶性肿瘤患者术前焦虑的相关因素。方法:对我院154名恶性肿瘤患者进行术前访视,对其焦虑相关因素进行问卷调查。结果:不同病种、不同文化程度、不同年龄、不同性别恶性肿瘤患者术前焦虑的相关因素存在差异。结论:根据不同病人的焦虑相关因素,给予针对性的术前访视指导和干预,解除或减轻病人围术期焦虑情绪,保证手术顺利进行。Objective： To explore the correlative factors of anxiety of preoperation in malignancy patients with different diseases,different culture degrees,different gender.Method： 154 cases malignancy in-patients of our hospital had been interviewed preoperation,and had finished the questionnaires surveys about the correlative factors of anxiety.Result： The correlative factors of anxiety in malignancy patients with different diseases,different culture degrees,different gender preoperation were difference.Conclusion： According to correlative factors of anxiety in different patients,direction preoperation interview guidances and countermeasures can relieve or lessen the patients anxiety preoperative period,and guarantee the operation to proceed smoothly.
