摘　　要：党的十三届四中全会以来,作为党的第三代领导集体核心的江泽民,按照从严治党的方针,毫不动摇地加强党的领导和改善党的建设,为全面推动党的建设科学化作出了重大贡献。主要贡献有:提倡"以科学的理论武装人";号召全党"加强理论的学习,提高党的工作的科学性";民主集中制是"实现决策科学化、民主化必不可少的制度保证";党的作风关系党的生命;注重在实际工作中掌握党的群众路线的科学方法;培养造就高素质的跨世纪的干部队伍;反腐败斗争是关系党的生死存亡的重大问题;高度重视制度建设,要求建立一整套科学严密的规章制度;加强党的执政能力建设是党的建设科学化的关键;等等。As the core of the third generation of central collective leadership of the CPC,Jiang Zemin firmly strengthened the Party's leadership and perfected Party building according to the guideline of strict supervision on the Party since the Fourth Plenary Session of the 13th Central Committee of the CPC,which made great contributions to forge ahead scientification of Party building in an all-round way.The main contributions were as the following: advocating 'to arm people with scientific theories';calling on the whole party 'to reinforce theoretical study and improve scientification of the Party's work';pointing out democratic centralism was 'the essential system guarantee to make policy-making scientific and democratic';the Party's working style concerns the Party's life;stressing the scientific working methods of mass line in practical work;fostering highly qualified cadres;anti-corruption is an especially important issue in relation to the Party's life and death;paying much attention to system building and requesting a set of scientific and rigorous regulations;improving the Party's administrative abilities were key to scientification of Party building and so on.
