血清中胎盘生长因子水平变化与子痫前期的关系研究

摘　　要：目的:研究胎盘生长因子(PlGF)及临床实验室指标在正常妊娠和子痫前期(PE)组(轻度、重度)母体外周血中表达差异,探讨PlGF在PE发病机制中的作用。方法:选取PE轻度组15例,PE重度孕妇组21例,同时选取17例与之年龄孕周相匹配的血压正常单胎孕妇对照组,用ELISA方法测定其外周血中的PlGF水平,收集临床实验室指标结果。结果:正常妊娠对照组血清中PlGF为(147.55±86.66)ng/L,轻度PE组血清中PlGF水平为(62.41±38.86)ng/L,重度PE组为(35.91±24.28)ng/L。PE组患者血清PlGF水平较正常妊娠对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。随着PE的病情加重血清PlGF逐渐降低。白蛋白重度PE组为(29.23±4.13)g/L较正常组(35.85±7.0)g/L低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PlGF在PE组孕妇的外周血中表达降低,可能与PE的病因及病理生理、疾病的严重程度相关。Objective：To investigate the expression differences of placenta growth factor（PlGF） and clinical biochemical indicators in normal pregnancy and preeclamia（mild,severe） group of maternal peripheral blood.To explore the roles of PlGF in the pathogenesis of preeclampsia.Methods PlGF concentration of serum was measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA） in 36 preeclampsia patients（15 cases of mild preeclampsia;and 21 cases of severe preeclampsia）.17 normal pregnant women.We collected clinical biochemical indicators from case data.Results The serum level of PlGF of patients with mild preeclampsia group was（62.41±38.86）ng/L,severe preeclampsia was（35.91±24.28）ng/L,control group was（147.55±86.66）ng/L.The results showed that the serum PlGF levels of preeclampsia group were relatively lower than those of control group（P0.05） and that there were significant differences between the mild preeclampsia group,sever preeclampsia and control group.The concentration of plasma albumin（29.23±4.13）g/L was lower than control group（35.85±7.0）g/L.Significant differences were found（P0.05） between control group and severe preeclampsia group.Conclusion Lower maternal serum PlGF may relate to the pathogenesis and pathophysiology of preeclampsia and relate to the severity of the disease.
