“桥头堡”战略下的东盟会计人才培养探讨——基于非对称理论的视角

摘　　要："‘中国向西南开放桥头堡’已上升为国家战略规划。"2009年7月,国家主席胡锦涛考察云南后提出把云南建成中国面向西南开放的重要桥头堡。"桥头堡"建设已被确定为云南新时期三大战略发展目标之一,也是云南省"十二五"时期经济社会发展的重大机遇。本文基于非对称理论的视角,探讨"桥头堡"战略下面向东南亚、南亚会计人才培养的相关问题,以进一步提升云南区域经济发展层次,加速云南区域经济的结构转型,推进国家区域发展战略布局的完善。In China, the policy of opening bridgehead to the southwest has become the strategy program at national level. By means of investigation in July 2009, Chairman Hu proposed to establish Yunnan as the bridgehead for opening to the southeast. ＂Bridgehead construction＂ has been confirmed as one of the three strategic development goals, it＇s also the major opportunity for the economic development in the period of ＂twelfth five-year＂. Based on the perspective of asymmetric theory, this paper studies the related problems of cultivating accounting talents refer to Southeast Asia and South Asia under the bridgehead strategy, and aims to elevate the level of Yunnan regional economic development, promote Yunnan regional econom- ic restructuring and perfect the strategic layout of Yunnan regional development.
