摘　　要：针对传统瀑布式产品设计模型前期工作周期较长、耗费资源较多、难以满足订单式设计生产等问题,开发了一种包括产品策划、产品设计、产品验证、产品生产的4阶段产品设计过程模型,提出了一种利用快速原型实现产品前期策划和概念设计的方法,分析了快速原型的要求、快速原型库的结构、构建工具、构建方法以及数据转换技术。利用该方法,可以加快产品开发速度、减少开发风险,提高产品的市场竞争力。Aimed at problems of traditional waterfall style products design process model such as long period, wasting resources and unfit for issuing production to order, a new kind of model was developed with four--phase which includes products planning, products design, products validating, and products manufacture. The method to products planning and conceptual design using prototype base was put forward. Requirements and structure of the prototype base were analyzed. Software tools, building method and data exchange technique for the prototype base were introduced. With the new model and method, the period of development circle will be shorten, the productions costs and market risks will be cut down and the competitiveness of the products in the market will be enhanced.
