摘　　要：教育咨询是一项新兴产业,面临多重需求,但尚未形成体系。应以社会需求为导向,以教育研究为基础,有效利用高等教育的信息、人才和理论优势,以专业化、规范化为原则,以咨询实体为依托,坚持市场调节和资金支持相结合,建立共享教育信息平台,构建集中规范、分类管理、开放操作的教育咨询体系,以满足不断增长的社会需求。Educational consultation is a newly emerging industry, which is confronted with diverse needs, however, there is still no sound established system. As for this industry, it is suggested that with the social needs as the orientation, with the educational research as the ground, the advantages of information, talents and theories of the higher education be effectively utilized; in the meanwhile, with specialization and standardization as the principle, with consultation entities as the support, market adjustment and capital support be combined. It is hoped that a shared educational information platform and educational consultation system which enjoys the features of concentration and standardization, categorized management, and open-ended operation be constructed to satisfy growing social needs.
