摘  要:通过在开展室内及矿场试验,对胺类固化及酸酐类固化环氧玻璃钢管道在三元复合驱强碱注入体系中的适应性进行了对比研究。结果表明:酸酐类固化玻璃钢管在强碱、高压的作用下容易发生水解降解反应,不适用于三元复合驱强碱注入体系;而胺类固化的环氧树脂体系具有优良的耐碱性,短期内可以满足三元强碱注入体系的要求。The adaptability of the amine curing fiberglass pipes and the anhydride curing fiberglass pipes used in the ASP flooding injection system was studied comparatively through the indoor experiments and the field tests, The result showed that the hydrolysis reaction occurred easily in alkali for anhydride curing fiberglass pipes in condition of high pressure, so they were not suitable for the ASP flooding alkali injection system. However, the amine curing epoxy resin system had excellent alkali - corrosion resistance property, it could meet the requirements of the alkali ASP flooding injection system.
