针灸配合高压氧治疗脑外伤的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:观察四组康复疗法治疗中重型颅脑损伤患者的疗效差别及相关性。方法:将100例中重型颅脑损伤患者经神经外科治疗病情稳定后随机分为单独常规治疗组、常规治疗并高压氧组、常规治疗并针灸组、常规治疗并针灸和高压氧联合治疗组等四种康复疗法进行治疗。结果:四组病人经过三个月的治疗后其意识水平、日常生活活动能力均有不同程度的改善,尤以常规治疗并针灸和高压氧联合治疗组的疗效最高,且针灸和高压氧联合治疗有协同性,比单独治疗疗效更好。结论:常规治疗并针灸和高压氧联合治疗组康复疗效肯定,可明显提高患者的生存质量。Objective To observe the four groups of rehabilitation therapy in patients with severe traumatic brain injury in the difference between the efficacy and relevance. Methods 100 cases of nerve in patients with severe traumatic brain injury in stable condition after surgery were randomly divided into conventional therapy alone group and the hyperbaric oxygen group conventional treatment, conventional treatment and acupuncture group, acupuncture and conventional therapy and hyperbaric oxygen combined with the four treatment groups types of rehabilitation therapy treatment. Results Four groups of patients after three months of treatment, the level of awareness, activities of daily living improved in varying degrees, particularly acupuncture and conventional therapy and hyperbaric oxygen combined with the highest efficacy of the treatment group, and combined acupuncture and hyperbaric oxygen treatment syncrgies, and better than individual therapy. Conclusions Routine acupuncture and hyperbaric oxygen therapy and combination therapy is effective and recovery group, can significantly improve patient quality of life.
