摘 要:通过对直接空冷机组空冷凝汽器和冷却风机性能的研究,建立了空冷岛系统运行性能的计算模型,得出在不同环境温度、冷却风速和机组负荷下凝汽器性能的热力特性曲线。根据空冷风机的运行方式,提出机组空冷岛运行优化模型,并针对600 MW直接空冷机组空冷岛进行了性能和优化计算,给出了空冷岛系统冷却风机的优化运行方式和最佳背压。Through study on performance of air - cooled condenser and air cooling fans for direct air cooled units, a calculating model of operating performance for air - cooled island system has been estab- lished, the thermodynamic characteristic curve of condenser performance under different atmosphere temperature, different cooling air speed, and different load of unit being obtained. Based on the operat- ing mode of air cooling fans, an operation - optimizing model for air - cooled island of the air - cooled u- nit has been put forward,and directing against the air - cooled island of 600 MW direct air - cooled u- nit, calculation for performance and optimization being carried out, and the optimized operation mode and optimal back pressure of air - cooling fans in system of air - cooled island being given.
