摘  要:结合某台机组运行过程中发生动静碰摩故障的数据,利用MATLAB小波变换功能对数据进行分析结果表明,发生局部碰摩和全周碰摩时,转子振动信号中均存在基频和倍频信号;局部碰摩波形存在突变,全周碰摩波形无突变。Combined with the data of impact - rubbing between movable and stationary parts occurred in opera- tion process of one unit, the said data have been analysed by using MATLAB wavelet transformation function. Analysis of said data shows that the fundamental frequency signal and multiple frequency signal are existing in the rotor vibration signal whether in local impact- rubbing or in full arc impact- rubbing;in the wave shape of local impact - rubbing sudden changes have appeared, but in the waveshape of full arc impact - rubbing, sudden changes haven't appeared.
