采用气相色谱检测十八胺乳浊液药剂有效含量的研究

摘　　要：十八胺分子能够在金属表面形成保护膜,因而常用于火电厂的停炉保护。在实际应用中,十八胺药剂往往是十八胺与水的乳浊液,故需对药剂有效含量进行检测。对此,提出了采用气相色谱检测十八胺药剂有效含量的方法。试验表明,气相色谱可快速检测乳浊液中十八胺的有效含量,其相对标准偏差为3.84%,回收率为95.3%。试验所得标准曲线线性良好,相关系数为0.999 7。The molecules of octadecylamine can form a protective film on the surface of metal matirials, so it is commonly used for shutdown boiler＇s conservation in power plants. In practical application,the said medicament is usually an emulsion of water and octadecylamine,and the content and purity of said medicament should be detected, and a method for detecting the content and purity of octadecylamine medicament by using the gas chromatography has been put forward. Test shows that the adoptation of gas chromatography to detect the emulsion of octadecylamine, not only the content of octadecylamine in the emulsion can be rapidly detected, the other organic impurities can also rapidly be detected. The rel- ative standard deviation of the said method is 3.84 ~, the recovery rate being 95.3 %. The linearity of standard curves obtained in tests is good,the correlation coefficient being 0. 9997.
