摘 要:分析了循环流化床(CFB)锅炉燃烧福建劣质无烟煤的飞灰粒径分布以及不同飞灰粒径的含碳量,并分析了影响飞灰可燃物的主要因素及解决措施。研究结果表明,粒径在40μm以下的颗粒占飞灰质量总额的75%左右,飞灰可燃物峰值出现在30μm左右的粒径范围,而这部分颗粒很难实现一次燃尽是造成飞灰可燃物偏高的主要原因。对飞灰进行湿法脱碳分离后,碳粉的可燃物含量达70%以上,"纯灰"的可燃物含量在3%以下,可直接用于生产高附加值产品,大大提高了灰的综合利用价值,环保效益和经济效益显著。The particle size distribution and unburned carbon content in fly ash from CFB boilers burn- ing low rank Fujian anthracite and the main factors affecting the unburned combustibles in fly ash and the solution measures have been analysed. The results of study show that the particles with size less than 40μm accounting for about 70% of the total mass weight of fly ash, and the peak value of un- burned combustibles in fly ash appears in the range of particle size about 30 μm,while this part of par- ticles can't be burned away at once, and this is the main cause resulting in somewhat high unburned combustible content in fly ash. After wet decarbonization separation of the fly ash, the unburned com- bustible content in pulverized carbon reaches above 70 %, the unburned combustible content in pure ash is under 3 %. The pure ash can be directly used for manufacturing products with high additional value, enhancing greatly the comprehensive utilization value of fly ash, boasting remarkable environment- protecting and economic benefits.
