摘　　要：针对管道清洗的特点,设计一种基于PLC的管道清洗系统,并介绍该系统的工作原理、特点。该系统通过PLC控制其气动回路和液压回路,实现了清洗动作的自动化。该系统操作简单,结构灵巧,精度高,提高了管道清洗的效率,解决了清洗长管道的问题。Aimed at the features of pipe cleaning, a kind of pipe cleaning system based on PLC was designed. The system operational principle and characters were introduced. PLC was used to control the pneumatic loop and hydraulic loop and the automation of the cleaning movement was realized. Using the system which has simple operation, dexterity structure and high precision, the problem of cleaning long pipe was solved and the cleaning efficiency is improved.
