摘  要:基于虚拟仪器技术构建了超声波检测系统,该系统依据模块化的思想进行设计,可同时实现A、C扫描功能。利用该系统对固体火箭发动机粘接结构进行扫描检测,并对粘接结构的体数据进行采集、存储和阈值分割。在此基础上研究了基于体素的三维重构算法。重构后的三维图像比较直观,能够较真实地反映粘接结构内部的缺陷情况。Based on virtual instrument technology, the ultrasonic testing system was constructed, which was designed according as the idea of modularization and the function of A-scan and C-scan could be realized synchronously. The system was used for testing scan the clingy configuration of Solid Rocket Motor and the testing volume data of the configuration could be collected, stored and cut by threshold. Based on this a kind of algorithm about three-dimension reconstruction was researched on basis of volume data. The reconstructed images are relatively intuitionistic, and the condition of defects of inner conformation of the clingy configuration can be reflected truly.
