摘  要:目的了解急性心肌梗死(AMI)冠脉支架植入前后血液T细胞亚群CD3、CD4、CD8水平变化。方法应用SAP法分别对57例AMI患者冠脉支架植入前后、60例健康对照组的外周血T淋巴细胞亚群水平进行测定。结果 AMI冠脉支架植入前及植入后第1天CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+低于植入后第7天及对照组,而CD8+则高于植入后第7天及对照组(P<0.05)。结论 AMI病人出现的细胞免疫功能改变可能影响了AMI的发病过程。T淋巴细胞亚群的测定可对AMI严重程度进行估计,并对冠脉支架植入后的病情好转程度进行评估,亦为将来免疫干预治疗AMI提供了新方向。Objective To investigate the serum level of T-lymphocyte subpopulations CD3,CD4, CD8 before and after coronary stent implantation in acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Methods The serum levels of T-lymphocyte subpopulations in from 57 patients with AMI before/after coronary stent implantation, and 60 normal controls (control group)were assayed by SAP method. Results The level of CD3 + ,CD4 + and the ratio of CD4 +/CD8 + in both the group before implantation and after implantation in first day were less than those in seventh day and control group, but the CD8 + was highe rthan those in seventh day and control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The changes in cellular immunity function in AMI patients may affect the pathogenesis of AMI. T-lymphocyte subsets can estimate the severity of AMI, and to assess the extent of the disease improved after coronary stent implantation, also provides a new direction for the future treatment of immune intervention in AMI.
