摘　　要：通过金刚石涂层刀具切削共晶铝硅的试验,探讨金刚石薄膜涂层刀具的磨损机理;利用正交回归方法建立表面粗糙度的经验公式。Through the diamond coated tools in cutting eutectic silicon aluminium experiment, the wear mechanism about the diamond film coated tool is explored. Empirical formulas of the surface roughness is established by orthogonal regression method.
