摘 要:采用凹凸棒土(AT)纳米粉体对聚乙烯醇(PVA)进行了共混改性,并通过旋转流变仪测试研究了稳态剪切下不同AT添加量对共混溶液流变性能的影响。结果表明,共混溶液的表观黏度基本上随着AT加入量的增大而降低。AT纳米粒子的加入使混合溶液体系对剪切速率的依赖性变小。混合体系的表观黏度与表观活化能的关系基本仍然符合Ar-rhenius公式。不过,与纯PVA溶液相比,混合体系的表观活化能稍有提高,对温度的依赖性加强。The rheological properties of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)/attapulgite(AT) blending solutions have been evaluated using a Solution & Melt Rotation Rheometer by steady shearing.The effect of different AT contents on the shearing rate dependence of apparent viscosity(ηa),non-Newtonian index(n),as well as apparent activation energy(ΔE) of the PVA solution was investigated.It has been found that the apparent viscosities are decreased with increasing AT content basically.Shear rate dependence of the PVA/AT blending solutions is decreased compared with pure PVA solution.The temperature dependence of ηa can be well described by Arrhenius Equation in most cases.ΔE increases slightly after the addition of AT into PVA solution,showing a higher temperature dependency of apparent viscosity to temperature.
