固化条件对改性CE体系的固化和性能的影响

摘  要:研究了不同固化条件对氰酸酯树脂(CE)/环氧树脂(EP)(60/40)体系和CE/EP/丁腈橡胶(A)(71/4/25)体系的固化反应以及CE/EP(60/40)和CE/EP/A(71/4/25)膜性能的影响。CE/EP和CE/EP/A体系固化程度随加热时间延长和温度升高而提高。CE/EP膜柔韧性差。随着加热温度升高,CE/EP/A膜耐热性提高;110℃、130℃和150℃分别加热2 h的膜热分解温度为367.3℃。所制备的CE/EP/A膜冲击强度和柔韧性为50 kg.cm和15 mm。随着加热温度升高,CE/EP/A膜的拉伸强度和杨氏模量提高,断裂伸长率下降。The effects of different curing conditions on curing reaction of cyanate ester resins(CE)/epoxy resin(EP)(60/40) system and CE/EP/chemigum(A)(71/4/25) system,as well as the properties of the corresponding films were investigated.The curing degree increases with increasing heating time and temperature in both CE/EP and CE/EP/A system.The CE/EP film has poor flexility.The thermal stability of CE/EP/A film was increased with increasing heating temperature under the same heating time;the temperature of thermal decomposition was 367.3 ℃ for the film heated for 2 h at 110 ℃,130 ℃ and 150 ℃,respectively.The impact strength and flexility of CE/EP/A film prepared in this paper are 50 kg·cm and 15 mm.With increasing the heating temperature,the tensile strength and Young's modulus of CE/EP/A film enhance,while its elongation at break decreased.
