摘  要:自制了蒙脱土定形蓄热功能粒子,通过熔融共混纺丝制备了聚丙烯/蒙脱土定形相变材料蓄热功能复合纤维。通过连续变倍体视显微镜观测、强伸试验、差热分析等手段,对复合纤维的结构及性能进行了研究。结果表明,掺混蒙脱土定形相变材料的复合纤维表面形态仍然光滑、圆润;当定形相变材料掺量为12%时,共混纤维相转变温度为34.8℃,相变焓为10.7 J/g,达到了理论值的75%;共混纤维中蒙脱土定形相变材料在含量较少或过多时,纤维强度下降,但在12%左右会有大幅度提高,增强效果突出;共混纤维耐热性较好,在150℃之后才开始热失重。Thermal storage functional masterbatch was prepared,in which montmorillonite was shape material.Polypropylene / montmorillonite shape-stabilized phase change material thermal storage composite fiber was prepared by spinning melt method.The structure and properties of composite fiber were studied by electron microscope,tensile test,differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and other means.The results show that: there is not any chemical bong formed among the composition of multi-component fiber,it is a typical blend system.When the content of form-stable phase change material is 12%,the integrated performance of blend fibers is the best: phase transition temperature is 34.8 ℃,phase change enthalpy up to 10.7 J/g.The breaking strength and elongation of fibers improves greatly,and the enhancement is remarkable.The blend fibers have a better heat-resistance,they begin to lose weight after 150 ℃.
