摘 要:以NO2作为氧化剂,探索了氧化体系中不同溶剂(CCl4和Freon-113)对再生纤维素的选择性氧化的影响。采用FT-IR等测试手段表征了氧化再生纤维素的结构,证明了两种体系均在再生纤维素的C6位置发生了氧化,而且均具有很高的选择性。随着氧化时间的延长,氧化再生纤维素的羧基含量逐渐增加,而聚合度逐渐降低;反应时间为24h时,两种体系的氧化产物的性能均可以满足可吸收止血材料的要求。但是NO2/Freon-113体系的氧化程度要比NO2/CCl4体系对应的氧化程度低。因此相对于NO2/Freon-113体系,NO2/CCl4体系更高效。NO2 was used as oxidation agent and the effects of different(CCl4 and Freon-113) for NO2 on the selective oxidation of regenerated cellulose were investigated.The structure of oxidation regenerated cellulose was studied by Fourier transform infrared spectrum(FT-IR),nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum(NMR) and X-ray diffraction(XRD),thus the selective oxidation at C6 of regenerated cellulose by these two oxidation systems was proved,and both oxidation systems possessed high capability of selective oxidation.By the determination of carboxyl content and degree of polymerization(DP),it revealed an increase of carboxyl content and decrease of DP as the oxidation time increased and all the oxidized regenerated cellulose could satisfy the index for bioabsorbed hemostatic application when the oxidation time was 24h.Compared with NO2/Freon-113 system,NO2/CCl4 system is more effective,economic and environment-friendly.
