摘  要:以过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂,采用悬浮聚合法制备了含有质量比为10%甲基丙烯酸β羟乙酯,0%~30%丙烯腈的甲基丙烯酸正丁酯/甲基丙烯酸β羟乙酯/丙烯腈P(BMA/HEMA/AN)三元共聚物。同时采用冻胶纺丝技术制备了对低分子有机液体具有吸附功能的纤维。通过红外光谱(FT-IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)等研究了共聚物的化学结构及表面形貌等。结果表明,P(BMA/HEMA/AN)共聚物中含有氢键,产生了物理交联;P(BMA/HEMA/AN)纤维力学性能有所改进;P(BMA/HEMA/AN)纤维对煤油及三氯乙烯吸附量最高分别达到1.8 g/g和12 g/g。Benzoyl peroxide(BPO) as an initiator,butyl methacrylate/hydroxyethyl methacrylate/acrylonitrile P(BMA/HEMA/AN) ternary copolymer which contains 10% hydroxyethyl methacrylate(HEMA) and 0%~30% acrylonitrile(AN) was synthesized by suspension polymerization,and the technology of gelation-spinning was used for the preparation of the fiber which can absorb organic liquid with low molecular weight.The chemical structure of the copolymer and surface morphology of the fiber were characterized by using infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results show that hydrogen bonding action existed so that physical crossing structure locates between molecules of copolymer.And the mechanical properties for P(BMA/HEMA/AN) are improved.The P(BMA/HEMA/AN)fiber adsorption of kerosene is 1.8 g/g and trichloroethylene is 12 g/g.
