摘 要:制备了一系列不同配比的明胶-壳聚糖复合膜,研究了壳聚糖含量对复合膜力学性能、吸湿性能的影响,通过X射线衍射和红外光谱分析了复合膜的结构。结果表明,复合膜及纯壳聚糖膜的断裂伸长率和拉伸强度均大于纯明胶膜,壳聚糖的加入可改善膜的力学性能。随壳聚糖含量的增加,复合膜的吸湿率增大。明胶与壳聚糖分子间存在较强的相互作用,与明胶共混可改变壳聚糖的晶粒大小,降低壳聚糖的结晶度。明胶与壳聚糖之间的相容性良好。A series of gelatin-chitosan composite films with different ratios of gelatin to chitosan were prepared,and the influence of chitosan content on the mechanical properties and the moisture adsorption of the composite films was studied.The structure of the composite film was analyzed by X-ray diffraction and infrared spectroscopy.The results indicate that both the elongation at break and the tensile strength of the chitosan film and composite films are highter than that of gelatin film.The introduction of chitosan may improve the mechanical properties of the composite films.With the chitosan content increasing in the composite films,the moisture adsorption increases.There are strong interactions and good compatibility between gelatin and chitosan molecules in the composites.The grain size of chitosan may be changed and the crystallinity of chitosan decreased by blending with gelatin.
