摘　　要：目的:探讨基于IHESWF模型的放射科集成流程。方法:从医院放射科的角度,以实例分析了基于IHESWF模型的放射科流程,讨论了以HL7与DICOM作为互联标准的集成方式以及其中的一些问题。结果:了解了基于IHESWF模型的放射科集成流程的实现方式。结论:通过基于IHESWF模型的放射科集成流程,把HIS、RIS、PACS以及各种检查设备集成起来,可以提高放射科的工作效率和质量。Objective To discuss the radiology department integration workflow based on IHE SWF model. Methods From the view of radiology department, we analyzed the IHE SWF workflow with an example, discuss the integration way based on HL7 and DICOM, and discuss some issues. Results The implementation way of the radiology department integration workflow based on IHE SWF model was comprehended. Conclusion The work efficiency and quality of the radiology department will be improved by means of the integration of the HIS, RIS, PACS and modalities with the integration workflow based on IHE SWF.
