摘　　要：目的:探讨CR与DR在全脊柱X线摄影中的临床应用。方法:采用CR、DR系统分别对100例患者进行全脊柱X线正侧位摄影,由2名高年资医师对所获全脊柱X线正侧位影像进行图像质量评析。结果:CR与DR均能完整拼接全脊柱X线正侧位影像。DR图像拼接质量及拼接成功率均优于CR。结论:全脊柱X线正侧位摄影DR优于CR。Objective To study the whole spine of the X-ray photography for CR and DR in the clinical application. Methods 100 patients were on the X-ray photography for orthotopic and lateral, who were carried on the systems of CR and DR. Quality assessment of the image received whole spine lateral X-ray were made by two experienced radiologists. Results CR and DR were able to slice the whole the whole spine of the X-ray photography completely. Both of the quality and success rate of the stitching image for DR were better than CR. Conclusion The whole spine of the X-ray photography for DR is better than CR.
