摘　　要：介绍了军队人员电子健康档案系统的研发和试运行的主要做法以及参与式研究方法在该系统研发过程中的重要作用,阐述了试运行的初步成效,体会到建立军队人员电子健康档案的重要意义。指出了保证系统的顺利运行需要加强组织领导和部门协调,在培养健康管理人才队伍和实施精确化、规范化管理上下工夫。The paper introduces the main practices on the construction and commissioning of military electronic health records, puts forward the importance of the participatory research method in the process of system development, describes the preliminary effect of the system commissioning, and makes us realize the important significance of establishing military electronic health records. There is a suggestion that if we want to guarantee the system running smoothly, we should strengthen the leadership and department coordination, and have an effort on the cultivation of health management personnel and the implementation of the precise standardization administration.
