摘　　要：从物流自营还是外包决策、物流组织形式选择的定性研究和物流形式选择的定量研究三个方面,系统地梳理了相关的研究文献。已有研究存在的问题是:从交易成本理论出发所做的研究,并不足以解决物流组织形式选择问题,决策的"一元决定论"、"二元决定论"和"三元决定论"仅具认识意义而不具实践意义;定性研究角度的选取涉及对企业本质的认识,需要加强从分工演化角度研究其作用机制并构建框架;定量研究目前尚处于起步阶段,建立具有实践可操作性的一系列指标体系仍是任重而道远的。The article summarizes relative document respectively from making decision on self-operation or outsourcing,the qualitative research on the choice of logistics organization form and the quantitative research on the choice of logistics form.The problems in the exited study were that the research starting from transaction cost theory was inadequate to resolve the problems of the choice of logistics organization form,the single factor determinism,two factors determinism and three factors determinism had only cognitive significance,but not practical significance.The perspective of qualitative research was related to the cognition to the nature of enterprises,it needed to strengthen the research on mechanism from the angle of the division evolution and build the frame.The quantitative study just begins at present and it still had a lot of work to build a series of index system operationable in practice.
