摘 要:采用楔横轧工艺,在轧制过程中轧件的已轧表面经常产生带倾斜角螺旋状凹痕缺陷。为解决气门毛坯材料5Cr21Mn9Ni4N应用楔横轧轧制更易出现表面螺旋痕的问题,以DEFORM-3D 6.0软件为有限元模拟工具,对不同工艺参数下轧件跟踪点的应力场进行研究。在楔横轧H500轧机上进行不同工艺参数轧制实验,计算每个轧件螺旋度,并对其进行比较分析。由有限元模拟结果和实验结果得出,对轧件表面螺旋痕影响最大的是成形角,其次是斜楔尖部圆角,再其次是展宽角。工艺参数对表面螺旋痕影响规律是,随成形角的增大,表面螺旋痕先减小,后增大;随斜楔尖部圆角和展宽角的增大,表面螺旋痕减小。并得出,在其他参数已确定的情况下,成形角取28°、展宽角取8°40′、斜楔尖部圆角取10mm时,楔横轧轧制气门毛坯不容易形成表面螺旋痕。Spiral dents with tilt angle often happen on the rolling surface of the rolled piece.It's more easily to be formed during cross wedge rolling valve roughcast of 5Cr21Mn9Ni4N.The trace points on rolled pieces were researched by FEM software DEFORM-3D 6.0 cross wedge rolling under different technological parameter.The experiments using different technological parameters were done on H500 rolling mill.The helical angle of rolled pieces were measured,compared and analyzed.The results of FEM analysis and experiment show that the effecting factors on the spiral groove are the forming angle,the wedge spike round chamfer and the stretching angle in turn.With the increase of forming angle,the spiral groove would strengthen first and then weaken,but it would weaken with the increase of wedge spike round chamfer and stretching angle.The results show that adopting forming angle 28°,stretching angle 8°40′and wedge spike round chamfer 10mm during valve roughcast single cross wedge rolling,it would be not easy for forming spiral groove at the surface.
