摘　　要：为了提高产品的含氮量,同时控制产品总养分,采用管式反应器—预中和的方法生产磷酸二铵(DAP)产品,对生产工艺进行改进。通过控制中和槽和洗涤液的中和度及流向,降低中和、氨化过程中氨的损失,使生产出的产品达到18-46-0的一等磷酸二铵产品,并在实际生产中得到应用。In order to enhance the nitrogen content and control the total products nutrient,the production process which mixed a pipe reactor and a preneutralization-reaction tank was adopted to product diammonium phosphate.The degree of neutralization of preneutralization-reaction tank and washing liquid direction were controlled to reduce ammonia loss during ammonification to produce first-class 18-46-0 diammonium phosphate and this method was applied in the actual production process.
