摘　　要：陕北气田天然气处理厂甲醇回收系统自投运以来,入口过滤器经常堵塞,甲醇回收塔腐蚀和堵塞严重。由于采气污水预处理效果不理想,以上问题变得更加严重,从而严重影响陕北气田甲醇回收系统稳定运行。为此,通过深入分析该厂采气污水预处理过程中存在的问题,优化工艺流程和加药方案,确保陕北气田甲醇回收系统长期、安全、稳定运行。Since the commission of methanol-reclaiming system of gas processing plant in Shanbei Gas Field,inlet filters are often clogged and methanol recovery tower is corroded seriously.Because the results of pre-treatment for gas production wastewater are not well,those problems become more and more serious.By analyzing the problems of pre-treatment for sewage and optimizing the process,we find ways to resolve those problems and make sure that methanol-reclaiming system operates safely and steadily.
