摘  要:为了研究混栽模式下转基因杨树抗虫性的变化规律,本研究采用随机取样的方法,对河北省保定市大激店区组混栽模式下不同株系的转基因741杨试验林进行了节肢动物群落调查,初步分析了其群落组成和结构。结果表明:区组混栽中转基因741杨不同株系的节肢动物种类组成基本一致,其群落多样性、均匀性均高于对照杨树,优势集中性均低于对照杨树,稳定性较好。混栽转基因741杨林内的优势种在不同株系上发生趋势基本一致,且在对照杨树上虫口数量较高。This study adopted random sampling method,arthropod community structure and the species quantity were investigated in different transgenic hybrid poplar 741 variety.The results showed that compositive arthropod species were similar among the different transgenic hybrid poplar 741 variety in this mixed cultivating model,the diversity indexes and evenness indexes of arthropod community in transgenic 741 poplar were higher than that of the check 741 poplar.The dominant value indexes were lower than that of the check 741 poplar,and the stability was better.The dominant species in this arthropod community had similarly changing tendency,though they had a large quantity in the check 741 poplar.
