摘 要:采用椰壳纤维为增强体,以ES纤维作为基体材料,制备椰壳纤维/ES复合材料,并采用直接浸润吸水法对复合材料的吸水性能进行测试.结果表明:浸泡时间越长,板材吸水越多,但在吸水过程中板材的吸水速率呈现递减趋势;复合材料成型温度对其吸水性能有着高度显著的影响,成型温度越低,吸水率越高;提高成型温度可减少复合材料中的空隙,降低吸水率,有利于提高复合材料的耐水性.The coconut fiber is employed as the reinforcement material, and polypropylene with lower melting point (ES) is used as the matrix, the coconut fibers / ES composites are produced. The moisture absorption of the composites is tested with the method of direct infiltration of water absorbent. The results show that the longer the soaking time, the plate the more water, but in the process of water absorption, the water absorption rate of plate shows a decreasing trend; the hot pressing temperatm'e in making the composites has a significant effect on the water absorption, the lower the hot pressing temperature, the higher the water absorption; increasing the hot pressing temperature can reduce the gap in the composites, reduce its water absorption, and improve the water resistance of composites.
