大剂量甲基强的松龙冲击治疗儿童原发性免疫性血小板减少性紫癜的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察大剂量甲基强的松龙冲击疗法对儿童原发性免疫性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)的疗效。方法:72例ITP患儿根据治疗方法不同分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组38例患儿采用大剂量甲基强的松龙(30mg/kg.d)冲击治疗,继之以口服强的松(1.5～2.0mg/kg.d)减量维持治疗。对照组34例患儿予强的松(1.5～2.0mg/kg.d)口服。结果:治疗组经甲基强的松龙冲击后血小板计数回升速度明显快于对照组,止血时间明显短于对照组。结论:冲击疗法治疗ITP能迅速减轻出血症状,短时间内提升血小板计数,有效率高,值得临床应用推广。Objective ：To observe the effects of impact therapeutics of the large dose of methylprednisolone on the children idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura. Methods ：72 cases divided into treatment and control groups ;38 cases of children with methylprednisolone （30mg/kg. d）, and then keep this treatment decreased in amount in form of taking orally prednisone;the control group,34 cases of oral prednisone. Results：To the impact group, the number of thrombocyte quickly increased after treatment, and rise upspeed of taking count of thrombocyte obviously was faster than that of control group, and hemostatic time obviously shorter than control group. Conclusion：The therapy for idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura can rapidly reduce the symptoms of bleeding , a short time to enhance the plat let, worthy of clinical application and plpularization.
