摘　　要：阐述了300亿PIB/g斜纹夜蛾核多角体病毒母药的生产工艺,包括斜纹夜蛾的人工饲养、多角体病毒的人工增殖、多角体病毒的提纯、产品的制备、加工及包装。该产品为粉剂,多角体含量为300亿PIB/g。经生物测定,当多角体病毒的接种浓度为2.0×107 PIB/mL时,斜纹夜蛾四龄幼虫的平均死亡率可达86.40%。The technique for the production of 3.0×1010 PIB/g Spodoptera litura nucleopolyhedrovirus technical concentrate was reported in this article,including the artificial feeding for insect,artificial reproduction and purification of polyhedrosis,products preparing,processing and packaging.The formulation was a dusting powder and the concentration of polyhedrosis was 3.0×1010 PIB/g.The average mortality was 86.40% when the fourth instar larvae of Spodoptera litura were infected by 2.0×107 PIB/ mL.
