摘  要:研究Cr2O3添加剂对氧化钙陶瓷烧结性能的影响。结果表明:Cr2O3能促进氧化钙陶瓷烧结密度和抗水化性能的提高,并且随着添加剂含量的增加,陶瓷抗水化性能不断提高;提高烧结温度,能提高陶瓷密度和抗水化性能;在烧结过程中,生成的CaCr2O4为液相,连结CaO晶粒,促进陶瓷烧结,增大了陶瓷的烧结密度,CaCr2O4包裹在CaO晶粒表面,能大幅度提高陶瓷抗水化性能。The influence of Cr2O3 additives on sintering process of CaO ceramics was studied. The results showed that Cr2O3 could improve the density and the hydration resistance performance of CaO ceramics. The hydration resistance performance increased with the content of Cr2O3. The density and hydration resistance performance of CaO ceramic increased when the sintering temperature increased. During the sintering, the new phase CaCr2O4 linked the CaO crystal grains and promoted sintering, and improved the density of ceramics. The CaO crystal grains were wrapped by CaCr2O4, which improved the hydration resistance performance of CaO ceramics further.
