摘 要:为研制超细氢氧化铝微粉生产所需的活性晶种,提出一种碳化分解制备氢氧化铝微粉晶种的方法,对制备过程中的Al2O3的浓度、反应温度、CO2通气速度等因素进行研究,并进行工业扩大试验。结果表明:用碳化分解法得到的活性晶种粒度分布均匀且稳定;以碳化法制种分解得到的微粉产品指标能够达到或超过现有机械磨、中和法制种得到的微粉产品指标。In order to prepare the active seed crystals for superfine aluminum hydroxide powders, a new way of preparing seed crystals by carbonization process was successfully developed, and the main effective factors of Al2O3 concentration, reaction temperature and CO2 flow were studied. The industrial test was done. The results showed that the active seed crystals prepared by carbonization process had stable and uniform particle size distribution. The product's indexes of superfine powder decomposed from the seed crystals by carbonization process achieved or surpassed those prepared by other existing methods.
