摘 要:通过采用田间小区试验研究了不同氮素供应水平以及接种根瘤菌对大豆/玉米间作下的干物质积累与产量的影响。试验结果表明,生育前期,间作大豆和玉米与单作之间单株干物质积累量差异不显著;生育后期,间作大豆的单株干物质积累量小于单作时的单株干物质积累量,而间作玉米单株干物质积累量则显著高于单作。在不施氮时,接种根瘤菌处理的大豆在鼓粒期大豆根瘤干质量显著高于未接种处理,而间作大豆的根瘤干质量显著高于单作;在施氮量150kg.hm-2时,接种根瘤菌处理促进了大豆根瘤的生长,但是间作种植大豆根瘤干质量显著低于单作。在经济产量方面,大豆和玉米间作体系中接种根瘤菌显著提高了大豆和玉米的籽粒产量,不施氮处理,接种根瘤菌比不接种根瘤菌处理大豆和玉米经济产量总量平均增加了14.2%,在施氮为150kg.hm-2时,平均相应的增加6.5%。The field experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of different levels of nitrogen supply and inoculation on dry matter accumulation and yield under the intercropping of soybean and maize.Results indicated that there was no significant difference in dry matter accumulation of soybean and maize per plant between intercropping and monoculture during earlier growing stage;during later growing period,the dry matter accumulation of intercropping soybean was less than monoculture 's dry matter accumulation per plant,dry matter accumulation per plant of intercropping maize was significantly higher than the monoculture 's.When no N fertilizer was applied,the nodule dry weight of soybean with inoculation was significantly higher than no inoculated at filling period,and the nodule dry weight of intercropping soybean was significantly higher than monoculture;When N fertilizer was applied with 150 ㎏·hm-2,inoculation promoted the nodule's growth of soybean but the nodule dry weight of intercropping soybean was significantly lower than monoculture.According to the economic yield,inoculation significantly increased the yield of soybean and maize under the intercropping of soybean and maize,when no N fertilizer was applied,the total economic yield of soybean and maize increased by 14.2% than non-inoculated and when N fertilizer was applied with 150kg·hm-2,the total economic yield of soybean and maize increased by 6.5%.
