提高农业高校自主创新能力的几点思考

摘　　要：为了推进和快速提升我国农业高校自主创新研究能力建设,从加强科技管理、加大科技投入、加快人才培养、加速产学研结合等4个方面对提高农业院校自主创新能力进行了详细阐述。In order to promote and rapid improve research capacity-building of independent innovation of China agricultural universities,in this paper,strengthening the management of technology,increasing scientific and technological inputs,training of talents,acceleration combination of teaching,research and service were described in detail.
