摘　　要：东莞城市升级的目标是建设最幸福的城市,因为从幸福经济学看,东莞具有人力资本、社会资本、人造资本、自然资本和金融资本的综合比较优势,而把东莞建成最幸福的城市具有重要的实用价值和营销价值。This paper argues that the goal of Dongguan＇ s city upgrading is to build the happiest city. From the viewpoint of happiness economics, Dongguan has the comparatively comprehensive advantage of human capital, social capital, man-made capital, natural capital and financial capital. The completion of the happiest city of Dongguan has important practical value and marketing value.
