摘　　要：介绍了该校机械工程学院为培养学生的实践创新能力,构建了创新训练体系,提出将理论与实践相结合的三阶段训练法。从组织管理、选题、指导方法、过程监督等方面介绍了创新训练的具体实践。创新实践取得了良好效果。To cultivate students＇ practice and innovative ability,the College of Mechanical Engineering of Heilongjiang Institute of Science and Technology constructs the innovative training system,which proposes three-stage training method combining theory and practice teaching.The practice of innovative training is described from the aspects of organization and management,topics,instructional methods and process supervision,which has achieved good results.
