摘　　要：本文论述了利用烟气余热预热玻璃配合料／碎玻璃技术及设备的现状。烟气余热预热玻璃配合料／碎玻璃技术是一种最有效最直接的节能方式，在器皿玻璃窑炉上得到广泛应用，各种用于玻璃熔窑的预热设备及预热系统也随之发展起来。着重介绍了适用于全氧燃烧熔窑的立塔式玻璃配合料预热设备，可有效降低熔窑热耗。This paper describes the current status of technology and equipment preheating glass batch by flue gas waste heat. This technology is the most effective and direct energy saving method and has been widely used in glassware furnaces, so various preheating equipment and systems for glass furnaces grow up as well. It also puts emphasis on introduction of tower type glass batch preheating equipment for oxy -fuel combustion furnaces, which can effectively reduce heat consumption of these furnaces.
