抗结核药物超声导入治疗浅表淋巴结结核的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察抗结核药物超声导入治疗浅表淋巴结结核的临床疗效和安全性。方法将72例浅表淋巴结结核患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各36例,两组均以常规抗结核化疗方案为基础,治疗组加用超声电导仪经皮导入异烟肼注射液、硫酸阿米卡星注射液,对照组加用局部注射异烟肼注射液、硫酸阿米卡星注射液,追踪观察两组治疗结果和并发症。以患者治疗后的主要症状、体征缓解情况,局部超声检查等为疗效判断依据,评价治疗结果。结果经2个疗程治疗后,治疗组好转率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),所有病例未见严重不良反应及并发症。结论抗结核药物超声导入治疗浅表淋巴结结核能提高浅表淋巴结结核的好转率,是一种无严重并发症和不良反应而安全有效的方法。Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of the sonophoresis of antituberculosis drugs in the treatment of superficial lymphoid tuberculosis.Methods 72 patients with superfical lymphoid tuberculosis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group（n=36）.Apart from basic antituberculosis chemotherapy,treatment group received the percutaneous sonophoresis of Isoniazide Injection and Amikacin Sulfate Injection,and control group was only injected above two drugs.The efficacy and complications in both groups were followed up,and the curative effects were assessed by cardinal symptoms,physical signs and ultrasonographic findings.Results After two courses of treatment,patients in treatment group had a higher improvement rate than those in control group（P〈0.05）.Severe adverse effects and complications were not found in all cases.Conclusion The sonophoresis of antituberculosis drugs is an effective and safe method in the treatment of superficial lymphoid tuberculosis.
