涉外星级饭店员工EHP需求分析调查研究——以武汉为例

摘　　要：EHP(English for Hotel Purpose)即饭店专门用途英语使用者的真实需求分析一直以来缺乏相关的实证调查和研究,导致饭店英语的教学与实际需求不一致。本文采用实地调查方法对武汉市涉外星级饭店员工的饭店英语需求分析进行了深度和广度了解,并对得出的结论进行探讨,最后提出必须依据饭店英语使用者的真实需求运用相关原则以改进饭店英语的教学水平。There has been inadequate survey and empirical study on the real needs analysis of EHP users, which gives rise to many discrepancies between the EHP education and the real needs of EHP users. This paper adopts a questionnaire survey to understand the needs of analysis of star-rated hotel employees and discusses the results of the related needs analysis. Finally the paper suggests some principles of EHP education based on the real needs analysis of EHP users.
